Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns of books within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are in their original condition.

To start a return, email us at hello@duckislandpublishing.com.

You pay the return shipping, unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case Duck Island Publishing covers the return shipping and will replace the item or refund your purchase.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the returned item arriving at our facility.

Digital and printable products (such as activity packs) cannot be returned. If a file fails to download, we will re-send it to you.

Gift orders follow the same return policy.
